WOMEN MISUSING THEIR RIGHTS by PRATHA DIXIT

You know what? 
It disturbs me to see women misusing their rights, I've seen them misleading. Women are actually given extra rights if compared to men, and in the Indian constitution where women are given extra rights when compared to men, I believe the constitution of a country itself doesn't promotes equality. 

In India, laws are made gender specific, due to which a women takes these laws for granted and so casually that she uses it for her own benefits, there are no such laws in my education which I feel are personally made for a men's security.

Section 498A of the INDIAN PENAL CODE (IPC)- protects married women from cruelty and harassment by their husbands and in-laws. But there are times when a woman thinks she can use it for her own benefits like using them in divorce related issues or property disputes. Without even given such a case a thought that it can completely destroy a man's image and his life. 

Talking about section 354A of the INDIAN PENAL CODE (IPC)- unwelcome touching or physical contact. Asking or demanding sex or any other sexual activity, making remarks which are of a sexual nature. Such a law is being used for grabbing the property of a man's family or whatever reason she thinks is valid in her eyes, which is actually invalid, illogical, and illegal.

If you have been falsely accused or wrongly implicated in a complaint filed under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), you may want to consider filing a counter complaint or counter charge against the person who made the original complaint. In order to file a counter complaint, you must first hire a lawyer. 

When I travel in a bus, I've seen the already reserved seats for ladies. It disturbs me to see this old man standing next to me, while the pretty young girls are sitting comfortably on the reserved seat. When a women files a fake complaint against a men, due to whatsoever reason, i believe she should be arrested. And seeing the current situation, I wanna raise this issue where I want men to be given the equal rights as women.
